Are you a Senior Civil Engineer with experience leading and managing transportation projects? This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that’s improving Minnesota’s infrastructure through innovative roadway and highway design.
As a Project Manager for Transportation Engineering projects (roads and highways) you’ll oversee transportation projects, nurture client relationships, and mentor a collaborative team of engineers and designers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the delivery of roadway and highway projects from concept through construction
- Build and maintain client relationships with MnDOT, counties, and local agencies
- Oversee and coordinate project teams ensuring quality, timelines, and budget goals are met
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance in design and project execution
- Serve as a contributor in public meetings, stakeholder engagement, and project decision-making
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver transportation solutions

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive transportation, highway, or roadway project experience
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Expertise in MnDOT and local Minnesota agency standards and practices is a plus
- Leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MicroStation, GEOPAK/ORD, and/or Civil 3D
