Job DescriptionFirst Line Support Analyst
A position exists for an experienced administrator to fill a First Line Support Analyst within the Customer Support Group.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years customer service and administration experience.
Responsibilities:
• Logging of customer support calls received via telephone or e-mail
• Administration of royalblue financial’s HelpDesk static data and reports
• Production of support statistics
• Support call monitoring
• General support administration
