This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a professional who understands operations, compliance, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day management of residential properties

Manage leasing process from marketing to move-in

Screen tenants and enforce lease compliance

Coordinate maintenance and vendors

Conduct property inspections
-
Oversee rent collections and delinquency follow-up

Prepare owner reports and financial summaries
-
Ensure compliance with California landlord-tenant laws
-
Manage move-outs and security deposit reconciliations
-
Improve occupancy rates and reduce turnover
Qualifications (Required):

3+ years property management experience
-
Strong knowledge of California rental laws
-
Experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred)
-
Strong organizational and communication skills

Vendor management experience
-
Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:

Real estate license
-
Construction/rehab oversight experience

Experience managing 50+ units
