Position Summary:
Stronghouse is seeking a Warranty Service Coordinator who will serve as the first point of contact for customers who believe they are experiencing a warranty-related issue. This role is responsible for assessing customer concerns, verifying warranty eligibility, documenting claims, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing communication between customers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming warranty inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Gather detailed information regarding reported warranty issues and accurately document customer interactions.
- Verify warranty coverage and eligibility based on company policies and product terms.
- Create and manage warranty service cases within internal systems.
- Coordinate and escalate cases to the appropriate department (e.g., Service, Technical Support, Operations, Quality, or Field Teams) for resolution.
- Monitor case progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate updates clearly and professionally to customers throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline warranty procedures and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warranty claims as needed.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management.
