Job Description
We're partnering with a growing company that is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and being hands-on in the day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing AP and AR teams, monitoring cash flow, overseeing collections and vendor payments, and supporting month-end close activities. This role offers strong visibility across the organization and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the accounting function.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations
\n
• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP and AR team
\n
• Review vendor payments, customer collections, and aging reports
\n
• Monitor cash flow and working capital activities
\n
• Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls
\n
• Partner with leadership and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
\n
Requirements:
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
\n
• 5+ years of accounting experience with oversight of AP and AR functions
\n
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
\n
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
\n
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
\n
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
