About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Administer medication and manage health monitoring tasks as needed.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Offer companionship and social interaction to enhance clients' well-being.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure client safety.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a CNA, MA, or equivalent experience in caregiving.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
