Job DescriptionEssential Functions

• Provide tree and shrub services to residential properties on an assigned route, working independently.

• Apply insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides using hand-held and powered equipment.

• Inspect and evaluate properties to identify pests, diseases, and plant health issues, and recommend corrective measures.

• Interact with clients to address concerns and promote additional services when appropriate.

• Document services accurately using handheld technology.

• Load, unload, and maintain equipment; follow all safety protocols.

• Comply with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations.

• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Participate in training, assist other departments as needed, and maintain reliable attendance, including occasional overtime or weekend work.

Wage Range: $18-$20 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old (required to drive company truck)

• Tree and shrub care experience preferred.

• Strong customer focus, time management, and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze situations and independently determine appropriate solutions.

• Effective time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
