🚨 Pre-Suit Personal Injury Associate (Plaintiff-Side) | New Jersey (Hybrid) – Up to $180k

Location/Schedule: New Jersey (Hybrid)

Base Salary: Up to $180k (plus performance bonuses)

Practice: Pre-Suit Personal Injury – Plaintiff-side intake, investigation, demand drafting, and aggressive pre-litigation negotiation for auto accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and other serious negligence cases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-suit investigations, client interviews, and liability assessments for serious injury cases.
• Gather and analyze medical records, accident reports, and expert opinions to build strong demands.
• Prepare and negotiate high-value settlement demands with insurance carriers.
• Manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload from intake through successful resolution or litigation hand-off.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active NJ bar (NY a plus).
• 2–6+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, ideally with strong pre-suit/negotiation skills.
• Passion for advocating for injured victims and excellent client communication abilities.
