Looking to lead dynamic staffing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment? Join us as an Onsite Recruiting Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workforce management at our client's site. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day staffing functions, foster strong relationships with client leaders, and support a high-volume, multi-shift operation. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining reliable coverage, optimizing staffing metrics, and delivering exceptional experiences for both associates and clients alike.
Required Skills:
- Proven onsite staffing or workforce management experience in light industrial, distribution, and manufacturing settings
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong computer proficiency with ATS, timekeeping systems, email, spreadsheets, and job boards
- Ability to manage multiple shifts, handle urgent staffing needs, and coordinate with teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting safety and compliance protocols
- Ability to analyze staffing performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
- Flexibility to work after hours for emergencies and staffing needs
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in high-volume staffing operations in industrial or manufacturing sectors
Other Requirements:
- Available to work primarily daytime onsite with availability after hours for emergencies
- Willingness to support site safety inspections and incident documentation
Salary:
