Job Summary
As a pioneer in aviation innovation, we're looking for a Cirrus Next Sales Associate to join our team. Cirrus Next is our official certified pre-owned program, and the Sales Associate will be instrumental in driving its success by coordinating with the Cirrus sales team, evaluating aircraft for trade-in, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. This role is focused on guiding aircraft and customers through the valuation, intake, and resale process, while actively engaging with potential customers to match them with the right aircraft – including potentially facilitating new aircraft sales as part of the overall Cirrus Next strategy. The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, has strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys working across teams to deliver value in a fast-paced sales environment.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Cirrus Next Sales Operations
- Partner with the Cirrus sales teams to evaluate and intake aircraft for the Cirrus Next program, including coordinating inspections, valuations, and trade-in logistics.
- Facilitate the process of matching incoming aircraft with prospective buyers, working closely with the sales team to identify the best opportunities.
- Support and execute aircraft appraisals, ensuring accurate and competitive market valuations.
- Prepare trade agreements and required documentation for smooth transaction flow.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Owned Specialist and Upgrades and Aftermarket Team on required maintenance, upgrades, and readiness for resale.
- Engage with prospects and clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a positive customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking both aircraft status and customer interactions.
- Support Cirrus Next-related events and marketing activities to increase awareness and sales opportunities.
- Stay informed on competitive market trends to support strategy development.
- Cirrus Next Program Development
- Collaborate on initiatives to refine the Cirrus Next program, focusing on the seamless transition of incoming and outgoing aircraft.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 yrs. of experience in Sales & Marketing
- 1+ year of prior sales experience desired
- FAA Private Pilot Instrument Certificate, and second-class medical required – Commercial / CFI(I) preferred, Vision SF50 Type preferred
- Advanced MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
