This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise to support, troubleshoot, and maintain critical systems that protect people, facilities, and assets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site service and support
- Interact with customers to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Identify the root cause of technical problems through investigation and communication
- Escalate priority issues to management when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure positive outcomes
- Stay current with system updates and industry advancements
- Schedule service tickets and coordinate field service technicians or contractors
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach to service excellence
Required Experience:
Candidates should be mechanically inclined and have at least three years of technical field service or support experience with expertise in:

- PLC Programming & Troubleshooting
- Relays & I/O Modules
- Low Voltage Wiring
- Physical Pipe and Pressurization Systems

Familiarity with:
