DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
• Job Title: Maintenance Technician
• Location: Northwest Houston
• Pay: $25–$35
• Hours: Monday - Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Description of Duties:
- Serve as the technical link between production and engineering teams to support daily manufacturing operations. Troubleshot mechanical and electrical issues with production and testing equipment. Provide on-the-floor technical assistance to operators during production runs and new product builds. Support process improvements, equipment updates, and documentation of technical changes.
Requirements:
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, piping layouts, and technical specifications. Experience using multimeters, soldering irons, and basic hand tools. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of PCB processes, oscilloscopes, or CAD software is a plus.
