Join our team to integrate electrical components, subassemblies, and systems into various configurations. You'll be wiring components on panels, boards, or equipment by reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
Responsibilities
- Integrate electrical components, subassemblies, products, or systems into various configurations.
- Wire components together on a panel, board, or piece of equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to complete tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience with measuring, cutting, stripping, and crimping electrical wire.
- Experience with wiring harnesses, fans, and components on panels, boards, and rails.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Experience mounting and assembling electrical components such as transformers, contactors, relays, controllers.
- Experience assembling and attaching hardware such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches.
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure to 1/8th inch.
- Ability to utilize common hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with electrical assembly and mechanical assembly.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Dress code includes jeans, safety boots, and a work shirt. The company is growing at a fairly quick pace, offering a dynamic and expanding work environment. Shifts are 10 hours, Monday to Thursday, from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, with optional overtime on Fridays, occasionally mandatory, or a shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Soddy-Daisy, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.
