Duration: 13 weeks
Shift : Day Shift

Mile Rule: Must Live 50Miles outside of Sterling

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our high-performing surgical services team. The ideal Candidate will play a vital role in the operating room by ensuring surgical procedures run smoothly and safely

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Preparing and maintaining sterile surgical environments
</li>
<li>
Assisting surgeons and nurses during procedures
</li>
<li>
Organizing instruments, supplies, and equipment
</li>
<li>
Anticipating the needs of the surgical team
</li>
<li>
Maintaining strict adherence to infection control protocols
</li>
<li>
Supporting patient safety before, during, and after surgery

What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>
Certified Surgical Technologist (or equivalent experience)
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile technique
</li>
<li>
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
</li>
<li>
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
</li>
<li>
Flexibility for call rotation coverage
</li>
</ul>
