We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Physical Therapy Supervisor – Outpatient. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically experienced PT who is passionate about patient outcomes, functional mobility, and delivering high-quality, individualized care.

As a Physical Therapy Supervisor, you will evaluate patients, develop goal-oriented treatment plans, and help patients achieve the highest possible level of functional independence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional mobility and performance.
- Develop and deliver individualized, goal-oriented physical therapy treatment plans.
- Provide patient-centered care based on individual needs and age.
- Apply clinical expertise and sound judgment to support positive patient outcomes.
- Help patients maximize their mobility, independence, and quality of life.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care across applicable patient age groups.
- Support a high standard of clinical practice within the outpatient therapy setting.

✅ Required Qualifications
\n
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university program meeting applicable APTA educational requirements.
- 2+ years of progressively responsible Physical Therapy experience.
- Active Nevada Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care.
