Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and iCertis Contract Management (ICM) integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating enterprise-grade applications that align with Wells Fargo’s compliance and contract lifecycle management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and APIs to integrate with iCertis Contract Management (ICM) platform.

• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and iCertis functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Develop RESTful APIs for contract lifecycle automation, compliance, and workflow orchestration.

• Integrate iCertis with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or other internal tools.

• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance across all services.

• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline setup, and DevOps collaboration.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure system reliability.

• Support documentation, test cases, and best practices for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

• Proven experience in iCertis Contract Management (ICM) — development, customization, or integration.

• Expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and Web Services.

• Solid understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) is preferred.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication abilities.

• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC and attend in-person interviews (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating iCertis with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

• Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) business processes.

• Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

• Financial services or banking domain experience is a plus.
