Senior Accountant – Real Estate (Multifamily) Location: West Los Angeles, CA Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 + Discretionary Bonus Partnered Exclusively with: A leading real estate investment firm in Los Angeles CV Resources has partnered with a well-established real estate investment company based in Los Angeles in their search for a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic and growing Multifamily Accounting Group. This is an onsite position in West LA offering strong long-term growth potential and a collaborative team environment. Core Responsibilities:

<li>Full-cycle general ledger accounting for assigned multifamily properties</li>
<li>Perform monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financials and assist in the month-end close process</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with AP and property teams to ensure accurate reporting</li>
</ul>
Must Haves:
<ul>
<li>Strong general ledger experience</li>
<li>Real estate accounting experience (residential preferred)</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field</li>
</ul>
Nice to Haves:
<ul>
<li>Public accounting background</li>
<li>CPA designation</li>
