Job DescriptionSalary: $35-$60 Hour DOE

Trademark Plumbing is looking for an experienced Plumbing Designer/BIM Modeler to join our team. We are a fast-growing, family-oriented commercial plumbing company. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal Design, Shop and Project Teams.
• Design and coordinate complete 3D constructible plumbing systems for commercial projects
• Prepare layout/install drawings, prefab drawings and takeoffs.
• Maintain project notes, checklists, and open items logs
• Support field coordination through design reviews
• Participate in kickoff and review meetings
• Help refine and improve internal design processes

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of plumbing design experience (construction or prefab experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Revit (Fabrication Parts & Native Revit Piping), AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam
  
• A proactive, collaborative attitude with attention to detail
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and construction documents
• Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and grow with the team
• Excellent communication and organization skills
