A growing personal injury practice is seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate with 3+ years of trial experience to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is highly motivated, enjoys hands-on trial work, and is capable of managing cases independently.
Responsibilities

Conduct trials and advocate for clients in personal injury matters

Prepare, review, and take depositions of witnesses and experts

Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and other proceedings

Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

Manage cases from intake through resolution, including settlement negotiations
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation experience, including trial exposure

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple matters simultaneously
