Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and attentive experience.
• Coordinate front desk activities, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks using 10-key accounting techniques.
• Support office operations by organizing documents and scheduling appointments.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and manage supplies, ensuring the office remains well-stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and streamline administrative tasks.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned to support the team.• Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in 10-key accounting and data entry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications.
