The Role

We're looking for a Senior Estimator capable of taking ownership of the estimating process, from early conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than prepare estimates. You'll help develop bid strategies, coordinate estimating teams, evaluate project risk, collaborate with operations, and play an important role in winning new work.

What You Bring

- \n
- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, preferably with a general contractor
- Experience leading estimates and coordinating bid teams
- Strong conceptual budgeting, quantity takeoff, and scope review capabilities
- Understanding of subcontractor procurement, value engineering, and construction methods
- Ability to manage deadlines, organize competing priorities, and deliver accurate estimates
- Strong communication skills and comfort working alongside project teams and clients
