We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to perform essential maintenance tasks with minimal electrical work required. The role involves adjusting belts and motors, oil lubrication, and conducting preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Adjust belts and motors to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform oil lubrication to maintain machinery efficiency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Execute lockout/tag out procedures to ensure safety during maintenance activities.

- Shift: 223 Schedule | 6pm - 6am

- Experience in a poultry processing environment is a plus.

Work Environment
This role is based in a poultry processing plant, requiring work in a wet and damp environment. You will encounter both hot and cold conditions and work outside at times. Comfort with getting dirty is essential in this position.

This is a Permanent position based out of Batesburg, South Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr.
