Buyer’s Agent Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and professional licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to build a strong and consistent buyer focused business within a structured team environment. This opportunity is designed for agents who value coaching, accountability, and the ability to work with motivated buyers while delivering a polished client experience.
First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+
You will learn how to guide buyers from the first consultation through closing with clarity and confidence. This includes strengthening your consultation skills, understanding client needs, providing clear market insight, and managing the process with strong communication and professionalism.
You will work alongside experienced agents and leadership who operate with consistency and high standards. Through proven systems and direct mentorship, you will build daily activity habits, manage your pipeline effectively, and create steady production as a buyer focused real estate professional.

Compensation:
$140,000+
Responsibilities:
- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Qualifications:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- Real estate license required
