We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team in Pikesville, MD. As part of our hospitality family, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay every time they visit.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure all items are in excellent condition.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and carts in a neat, organized manner.
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (but not required — we provide training!).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
