Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
 - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 - Excellent communication and customer service skills
 - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
 
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
 - Experience with audiovisual technology is a plus
 - Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
 
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $89,000 - $100,000 per year
