Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable Pega RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions

Define automation frameworks and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Translate business requirements into robust technical designs

Development & Delivery

Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment

Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards

Perform code reviews and enforce quality assurance processes

Integration & Collaboration

Integrate Pega RPA solutions with enterprise systems and third-party applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and onshore stakeholders

Work closely with business teams to identify and implement automation opportunities


Performance & Support

Monitor and optimize automation performance and scalability

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bottlenecks

Ensure high availability and reliability of deployed solutions


Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices and standards

Drive technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team

Coordinate with distributed teams to ensure timely delivery


Documentation & Innovation

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user guides

Stay updated with emerging trends in Pega RPA and intelligent automation

Propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort



Required Skills & Qualifications


5+ years of experience in Pega RPA / Pega Robotics

Strong knowledge of Pega Platform (BPM) and automation frameworks

Experience in integrating RPA with web, desktop, and legacy systems

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Pega certifications (CSA / CSSA / RPA Developer) from Pegasystems

Experience with enterprise-scale automation projects

Exposure to intelligent automation, AI, or decisioning in Pega
