Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM EST start time (8-hour shift)
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Associate NOC Technician for a 12-month contract to support first-level technical assistance, customer service, and back-office processing for commercial and public sector clients. This is a hybrid, entry-level role offering paid training and an opportunity to grow in the telecom and IT support field.
The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound and outbound customer contacts courteously and professionally

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide first-level account support

Document issues and resolutions accurately in CRM systems

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when needed

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company compliance requirements

Meet schedule, attendance, and performance expectations
Required Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, back-office, or contact center support

Typing speed of at least 20 WPM

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

High-speed wired internet connection (20Mbps+ download)

Strong organizational and communication skills
