Role Description The Fertilizer Production and Warehouse Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Seneca, KS. This role is responsible for assisting with fertilizer production, including measuring, mixing, and blending materials according to established formulas and safety standards. Daily tasks include operating and monitoring equipment, loading and unloading bulk and packaged products, and performing basic quality checks to ensure product consistency. The technician will help maintain a clean and organized warehouse, manage inventory movements, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup using forklifts or other material-handling equipment. The position also involves following all safety procedures, completing routine equipment inspections, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and customer timelines.

- Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and follow warehouse procedures.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment in an industrial or agricultural setting.
- Attention to detail in measuring, mixing, and documenting fertilizer batches to meet quality standards.
- Strong focus on workplace safety, including use of personal protective equipment and adherence to company policies.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and support a collaborative environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move bags or bulk materials, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn fertilizer production processes, inventory practices, and equipment operation through on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or agriculture is beneficial but not required.
