Retail Sales Team Member
Full-Time | In-Person Retail Role
Location: (Tampa)
Compensation: ($750 - $850 Paid Weekly)
Brick Coloured Agency is looking for a Retail Sales Team Member to support daily store operations and deliver a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, learning about products, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
About the Role
As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will help customers explore products, maintain the retail space, and support the overall operation of the store. You’ll provide clear and helpful information, assist with customer purchases, and ensure the store remains organised and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide helpful, friendly service at a variety of retail locations across the Tampa region
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchase decisions
- Maintain visual standards, stock levels, and store presentation
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Support product displays, in-store activities, and brand features
- Follow store procedures, including opening, closing, and inventory tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Comfortable standing, moving, and engaging with customers throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow store processes
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
