Salary: $25 - $35 per hour

We are currently one of the most successful seafood companies in southern California providing over 5,000 fresh and frozen seafood products. We manage fishing vessels, harvest sites and processing plants throughout the world. We are growing and looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team!
2 shifts available:
Sunday & Monday 2:00pm-10:30pm
Tuesday-Wednesday- Thursday 6:00pm -2:30pm

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repair needs on machinery such as conveyors, slicers, vacuum packaging systems, pumps, chillers, and scales.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Support sanitation processes, including clean-in-place (CIP) and equipment disassembly/reassembly.
- Assist with installation, relocation, and upgrades of equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, repair logs, and parts usage.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, GMP, HACCP, and company safety standards.
- Partner with production teams to proactively identify and address equipment concerns.
- Complete other duties as assigned by maintenance leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in equipment maintenance within a food manufacturing or processing facility; seafood or protein industry experience a plus.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated, wet, and fast-moving environments.
- Basic computer skills for work order and inventory tracking.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
