Job Description
ComResource is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.
We need someone to assist in supporting IT application operations through monitoring, automation, and event management across distributed, cloud, and virtualized environments.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintain monitoring tools, automation, and frameworks</li>
<li>Install and configure deployments and apply patches/upgrades</li>
<li>Implement efficient event management processes and automation</li>
<li>Configure and maintain central monitoring platforms</li>
<li>Perform daily health checks and break/fix support</li>
<li>Engineer monitoring solutions and integrate in-house tools</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve incidents</li>
<li>Evaluate new batch and monitoring solutions periodically</li>
</ul>
Essentials:
<ul>
<li>Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Experience with IT operations and system administration</li>
<li>Scripting/programming skills for automation</li>
<li>Strong background in infrastructure monitoring tools</li>
</ul>
Desired:
<ul>
<li>Technical skills in Linux, Oracle, bash scripting, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Ansible</li>
