Electronic Assembler (Microscope Soldering & Wiring) **Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (Monday to Friday for the 1 shift. (6:00 am- 2:30pm) **

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position involves precision assembly work in a fast-paced environment, including through-hole soldering and wiring under a microscope.

Responsibilities

  • Perform through-hole soldering and wiring under a microscope.
  • Assemble electronic components, connectors, hardware, and subassemblies.
  • Operate assembly equipment, tools, fixtures, and machinery.
  • Inspect, clean, touch up, and rework assemblies as needed.
  • Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation.
  • Measure and record product data when required.
  • Maintain quality standards and meet daily production goals.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Assist with training and support team goals as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience with microscope work and blueprint reading is a plus.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual acuity.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Repetitive hand movements required.
  • Primarily seated work with occasional standing, reaching, bending, and twisting.
  • Use of microscopes and precision tools.
  • Exposure to manufacturing chemicals and solvents.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to pass a visual acuity exam (20/20 corrected or uncorrected) and color vision test.
  • IPC-A-610 Certification may be required for certain assembly areas.
  • Must be able to meet quality and productivity standards.
