Lead the Way as Our Store Manager at Elsie’s Smoothie Shack!

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and ensure every customer leaves with a smile (and a delicious smoothie in hand!).
What You'll Do:
As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our smoothie shack, overseeing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Supervise and support a team of hardworking staff members. - Ensure excellent customer service by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. - Manage inventory and ensure the freshest ingredients are always on hand. - Oversee scheduling, training, and performance of team members. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. - Handle cash management and daily operational reporting. - Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for improving the customer experience.
