Trillium Services, Inc. is hiring for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician!
The Maintenance Technician will assist with general maintenance and repairs in residential homes and equine setting. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who shows initiative, self-direction, and the ability to take immediate and appropriate action in a variety of situations. Candidates must possess a variety of skills and knowledge in the maintenance field.
The Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of work in maintenance and repair at the direction of the Maintenance Director including, but not limited to:
- Performs minor trouble shooting, repairs and adjustments of: locks on doors, cabinets, desks, closets, door hinges, key slots, etc.
- Changes filters on heating, ventilating and air conditioning units
- Moves furniture and equipment at various sites
- Assist with painting projects or floor install projects
- Sets up and breaks down furniture
- Performs Vehicle Maintenance and Safety Inspections
- Assist with outdoor tasks such as weeding, applying mulch, planting, trimming
- Assist with snow removal
- Performs seasonal and preventative maintenance
This is a full-time benefitted position that works 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. Hours will be adjusted seasonally based on daylight hours.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Maintenance Technician Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience working in Maintenance (preferred).
- Valid Driver's License
- Use of reliable, insured transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass Background Study
