CABS Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a full-time Home Services Advisor in West Sacramento, CA, serving the Greater Sacramento Area.

THE GREAT PAY
This Home Services Advisor job offers uncapped performance pay with earnings from $100,000 – $200,000+ annually, a take-home company vehicle with fuel card, weekly pay, and a full benefits package.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a Home Services Advisor, you will work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed. You will dispatch each day from your home to your assigned service areas, without reporting to a central office.
As a Home Services Advisor, you will meet with clients to assess their comfort, efficiency, and code compliance needs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will explain system solutions, upgrades, financing options, and warranties clearly and confidently. You will provide accurate estimates and close sales in a consultative way. You will work with office and install teams to coordinate projects, keep detailed records of proposals and follow-ups in the CRM, and stay up to date on utility rebates, financing programs, and code requirements. Your focus will be helping clients make smart, energy-efficient upgrades while managing a steady flow of leads.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 2+ years of in-home or B2B sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical strongly preferred)
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong one-call-close skills with a consultative approach
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfort entering attics, crawlspaces, and handling occasional weekend appointments
