Key Responsibilities\n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
- Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions that facilitate trauma processing, resilience-building, and coping strategy development.
- Collaborating with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and holistic care for all patients.
- Providing immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, assessing urgency and guiding next steps.
- Educating clients and their families on trauma responses and offering resources to assist in navigating their healing journey.
- Maintaining precise and confidential documentation in compliance with privacy laws and ethical standards.
- Participating in case consultations and professional development activities to stay current on the latest trauma therapy interventions.

- A valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

- In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and resilience-building approaches.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a compassionate, empathic, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship.
