Position Overview:

The Testing Center Director will oversee the end-to-end management of nationwide and international testing programs. This role includes procuring and coordinating testing sites, scheduling test administrations, training personnel, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The Director will also lead audits to assess the performance, integrity, and readiness of testing environments, equipment, and staff. The position requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and quality assurance capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and execution of nationwide and international testing operations.
  • Procure and coordinate secure, compliant testing sites across diverse locations.
  • Schedule and monitor test administration sessions, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
  • Oversee the training and certification of test administrators.
  • Lead ongoing audits and quality reviews of testing sites, equipment functionality, and personnel performance.
  • Ensure compliance with testing policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
  • Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of testing logistics, outcomes, and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with program stakeholders to optimize testing operations and service delivery.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large-scale, domestic and international testing programs.
  • Proven experience in procuring testing sites, scheduling, training personnel, and overseeing test delivery.
  • Experience conducting site and personnel audits to maintain operational readiness and compliance.
