Position Overview

We are seeking three Maintenance Inventory Specialists for a short-term, 1-month contract to support a major maintenance organization in reorganizing and restructuring its spare parts inventory. This project focuses exclusively on identifying, sorting, and cataloging maintenance-related components—no equipment repair or machine maintenance involved.

You will work directly with the Corporate Maintenance Manager to correct significant gaps and disorganization within the spare parts storeroom and ensure all items are properly logged into the CMMS system.


Key Responsibilities

  • Audit, sort, and organize spare parts inventory
  • Identify and categorize hydraulic, pneumatic, motor, and pump components
  • Accurately enter part information into the CMMS system
  • Ensure correct labeling, storage, and documentation of all parts
  • Improve inventory structure and overall storeroom organization
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet project goals within timeline


Qualifications

  • Previous experience with spare parts inventory, maintenance planning, or CMMS data entry
  • Strong understanding of industrial components, including:
    • Hydraulic parts
    • Pneumatic parts
    • Motors and motor components
    • Pumps and related parts
  • Experience as a Maintenance Clerk, Maintenance Planner, or Maintenance Technician is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently without daily supervision
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Reliable and punctual, able to complete the 1-month project timeline
