Full Time: 7am-7pm

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. This will include:

• Assessing the physical and emotional needs of our residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing direct care in accordance with our nursing philosophy
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Educating residents and their families on disease management, treatment options, and overall health and wellness strategies
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical skills and experience working in a skilled nursing setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
