Compliance Manager to lead quality systems and calibration compliance across domestic and international operations.
This role is responsible for overseeing Quality Management Systems (QMS), laboratory accreditation programs, and calibration compliance, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems including ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001:2015.

Manage quality issues, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive action programs (CAPA).

Conduct internal and supplier audits and support external inspections such as UL / ETL certifications.

Oversee global calibration and metrology activities for force, torque, and pressure measurement systems.

Develop and maintain measurement uncertainty budgets, repeatability studies, and proficiency testing programs.

Evaluate and improve standard operating procedures and calibration laboratory processes.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement new calibration methods and measurement standards.

Apply statistical analysis to validate measurement processes and laboratory standards.

Ensure compliance with international standards and accreditation requirements across global locations.

Train personnel on quality systems and laboratory procedures.

Monitor and report quality metrics and operational KPIs.

Supervise and develop a small Compliance/Quality team while supporting cross-functional departments.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.

5–8 years of quality or compliance experience in a manufacturing environment.

5+ years of experience with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001:2015 systems.

Strong background in calibration and metrology for force, torque, and pressure measurements.

Experience conducting audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs.

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.

Ability to analyze statistical data and engineering drawings.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
-
Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
