Junior National Golf Club – Goodyear, AZ
Full‐Time • Outdoors • 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM
PAY RANGE
Greenskeeper 1: $17.00–$18.00/hr
Greenskeeper 2: $18.50–$20.00/hr
Greenskeeper 3: $20.25–$22.00/hr
ABOUT THE JOB
Junior National is hiring multiple Greenskeepers to join our growing Maintenance Team. Great for beginners or experienced operators.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
LEVEL 1: Maintenance tasks, raking, weeding, trimming, debris removal, assist mowing, clean facilities.
LEVEL 2: Operate mowers, aerators, hand‐held tools, bunker edging, course setup.
LEVEL 3: Operate all turf equipment, irrigation repair support, fertilizing & topdressing support, small project leadership.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Reliable, hardworking team players, able to work outdoors year‐round, lift 50 lbs, positive attitude.
Experience required for Levels 2–3.
