Sklar Law, LLC is a respected small litigation firm with offices in Voorhees, NJ. Our practice areas include commercial litigation, collection litigation, bankruptcy litigation, Chapter 7 trustee representation and landlord tenant litigation.
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced civil litigation attorney, with three to seven years’ experience. Construction and/or subrogation litigation experience is desirable, as is bankruptcy experience.
Job Qualifications:
- Three to seven years of experience as a civil litigation attorney.
- Admitted to Pennsylvania bar is required, and NJ bar, or the ability to waive into NJ is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong research and legal writing skills.
- Dependable and self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
