Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is driven to succeed, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for automobiles. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective buyers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom visitors
• Maintain CRM records and customer communications
• Assist customers with financing options and vehicle protection products
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Stay informed on vehicle inventory, features, and market trends
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive commission structure with earning potential of $60,000–$150,000+ annually
