More specifically, we're looking for an exceptional Hotel General Manager with a strong branded hotel background who is ready to help shape the future of a rapidly growing hospitality company.

Someone who walks into a hotel and immediately notices the burned-out light bulb, the dusty baseboard, the missed sales opportunity, the team member who could become a future leader, and the guest who needed attention thirty seconds ago.

THE EXPERIENCE WE VALUE

Our ideal candidate comes from a Marriott background.

We place a high value on Hotel General Managers who have successfully led Marriott-branded hotels and understand the systems, standards, culture, and guest expectations that have made Marriott one of the most respected hospitality companies in the world.

Experience with Marriott's operating platforms, quality assurance processes, loyalty programs, revenue strategies, and service culture is highly desirable and will position candidates for immediate success within our organization.

That said, great hospitality leaders come from many backgrounds.

Candidates with Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, or other major branded hotel experience are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those who are quick learners, adaptable, and eager to embrace new systems and operating philosophies.

We are especially interested in leaders who have built diverse hospitality careers through exposure to:

  • Multiple hotel brands
  • Multiple geographic markets
  • Different ownership structures
  • Various management companies
  • Renovations and repositioning projects
  • Hotel openings, conversions, or operational turnarounds

The strongest candidates often bring a broad range of experiences that allow them to adapt quickly, solve problems creatively, and lead effectively in rapidly changing environments.
