Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Pay: $70,000 to $75,000 Annually DOE + Quarterly Performance Incentive
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Summary for Industrial Sales & Client Relations Manager
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage established customer relationships, develop new business, and support continued growth within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an established portfolio of customer accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate industrial products and services.
- Monitor account activity, pricing, sales performance, and customer needs.
- Assist customers with product, order, delivery, billing, and account questions.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer information within company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and product specialists to support customer accounts.
- Travel locally to meet with current and prospective customers.

Requirements
- 3+ years of account management, outside sales, business development, or related experience preferred.
- Industrial, welding, manufacturing, construction, or related industry experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
