Associate (Sr-level) - Finance (FIN)

Legal: Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. seeks Associate (Sr-level)- Finance (FIN) practice group in NY NY, to represent fin'l institutions, lenders, project sponsors, export credit agencies, dvlprs, investment & commercial banks & co.'s in complex transactions incl project fin'c matters, project dvlpmt & construction & operation & acquisition of project portfolios. Remote work permitted on occasion w/I commutable distance from worksite. REQ'MTS: JD, LLM or foreign equiv & 4 yrs' exp as Assoc or rel occupation. 4 yrs' exp must incl following: drafting & negotiating term sheets, credit agreements, shareholders agreements, purchase & sale agreements & security docs as well as disclosure schedules & exhibits to credit agreements, purchase & sale agreements & security docs in context of infrastructure project fin'c & gen'l corp transactions; & drafting & reviewing project contracts such as construction contracts, customer contracts, lease agreements, operation & maintenance agreements & offtake agreements. Must have Licensure in NY, or alternatively, licensure in another jurisdiction, & elig to obtain NY law license w/i 12 months.
