Associate, Corporate Services & Security w/ Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. (NY, NY). Wrk w/sec team to promote wrkplace safety. Mng bldg access for + 700 EEs & contractors. Collab w/ compliance & HR team to create office procs to maintain a safe & compliant office env. Req Bach deg or foreign equiv in Sec, Crim, Crim Justice & + 2 yrs of exp in sec, law enf, crim justice or rel fld. Exp must incl following: Mng, plan, & exec sec pgrms for public evts, coord w/law enf, emerg svcs, & evt orgs to ensure safety & sec protocols are effectively implemented; Mng & coord emerg calls & collab w/emerg svcs; Dvlp emerg response plans or procs; Dvlp safety stds, policies, or procs; Dvlp, impl, & mng policies & methods to protect personnel against harassment, threats, or violence; Conflict resol; Analyzing risks to mini losses or damages; Prep rpts rel to sec or invest matters; Comm w gov agencies; Surveillance of indivs or establishments; &, Draft or review sec-rel docs, such as incident rpts, proposals, & tactical or strategic inits. $95k-105k/yr.
