Associate, Corporate Credit Analyst w/ BNP Paribas in NY, NY. Perform credit analysis & prep thorough & in-depth credit memoranda for assigned sector clients. Positn reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or For Equiv) in Fin, Acctg, or rel field & 3 yrs of exp in job offered or rel role OR Master's deg (U.S. or For Equiv) in Fin, Acctg, or rel field & 1 yr of exp in job offered or rel role. Must have 3 yrs of exp (or 1 w/ Master's) w/ the following: corp credit & fin; financl statement analysis; credit analysis; financl & projectn modeling; corp fin, econ, & industry analysis; & corp credit deal cycle monitoring. Must have 6 mos of exp w/ structuring/assessment of Syndicated & Bilateral lending facilities. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: wrk may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas 787 office in NY, NY.
