Law: Linklaters LLP seeks Associate, Corp./M&A in NY, NY to work w/partners & sr associates on negotiating, drafting & reviewing of legal docs, incl contracts, memorandums, letters & other docs rel. to corp. law matters, corp. mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures & other similar transactions. JD or foreign equiv in job offered or rel. occupation & 3 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. occupation: drafting & preparing corp. legal transactional docs, incl stock purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements, board & stockholder resolutions, incorporating documentation & other legal docs rel. to restructuring. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Base salary range offered for this role will be between $234,000 & $365,000/yr. 40 hrs/wk. Total compensation package for this position may incl discretionary bonuses & other benefits.
