Associate, Banker - Industry/Country Coverage with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in NY, NY. Prepare & review fin'l projections & models, accounting & regulatory statements, debt & equity filings & docs, & presentations prepared for live deals, corp board meetings, investment banking pitches & client srvc proj on corp finance topics; supervises & reviews memoranda req'd to gain internal appvls from typical investment banking committees. Interact w/senior mgmt on a regular basis to execute proj, provide updates & advice & prep presentation materials especially as it relates to M&A & equity underwriting processes. Reqs: Master's deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Fin, Economics, Bus Admin, Int'l Affairs, or a rel field & one (1) yr of exp in the job offered or in a rel role OR Bachelor's deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Fin, Economics, Bus Admin, Int'l Affairs, or a rel field & three (3) yrs of exp in the job offered or in a rel role.
